The Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook that is used by Eagle Scout candidates to document their project has been updated for 2026. It improves many of the fillable and interactive features from the 2023 version. The new workbook is shorter and easier to use — it focuses on what a Scout needs to do to complete the project. Page three of the workbook contains a checklist, with applicable links, for Scouts to use throughout the process.
Along with the updated workbook, Appendices, FAQs, and a presentation have been provided to help Scouts, Leaders, and Parents navigate the Eagle Scout process.
Scouts who have already started preparing their workbook using the 2023 version may continue to use it. They do not need to redo it using the 2026 version.
