CUB SCOUT DAY CAMP (PAPER) PRE-REGISTRATION FORM/ROSTER
REMEMBER: This is a Pack Superivised Event (Wolve/Bears, Webelos). Please note that you need 2 adults minimum per day per den/pack (Wolves/Bears together, & Webelos) plus 1 more adult when more than eight scouts (every 1-5 more scouts). Example: 3 adults for 8-13 scouts, 4 adults for 14-19 scouts. You may co-lead with another pack/den. Let us know if this may be necessary. Please make sure to turn the Adult Roster in to the council office May 15 (Attn: Debi), AND bring a final copy with you on your first day at camp.

If you REGISTER online, but choose "Mail/Offline" to pay, complete the final page and click "Purchase" at the bottom to finalize (save) your registration. You will receive a confirmation email (which does NOT include the convenience fee), to print and mail/bring to the council office with payment.)
