Short-term Camping Availability - This chart is for Camp Crown, Camp Dan Beard, and Camp Oakarro, and is updated frequently. Since some reservations are still being finalized, this is as up-to-date as is possible.  Complete the request form below.  You will then be contacted about the most current availability.

TO MAKE YOUR CAMPING RESERVATION REQUEST: Short-term Camping REQUEST Form for our three campgrounds listed on the Availability chart.  Click this link for camping fees and to complete a request (You can complete it all at once, or start it now, then go back to complete, as long as you use the same computer).  This request form is NOT for the Jadel Training Center.  Go to the Camp Sol R Crown section below for the information link (which includes it's request form).

Short-term Camping Procedures & Rules - Each unit is emailed this document with their completed reservation form.  Non-scout groups (church youth groups, etc) must also abide by these rules and guidelines.

NEW: Short-term Camping Unit Roster - Complete and turn in at check-in time

NEW:  BSA's Annual Health Form (Parts A & B) - Everyone in your unit should complete this form, then give at least two copies to your camping coordinator.  Once your scout or adult signs up for a camping weekend, their copy can be put in a binder for the Attending Adult Leader to take to camp.  Make sure your attending parents (and siblings, if any) fill one out too.  This is a "fillable" pdf - most information can be typed in before printing.  Be prepared!
