Cub Scout Family Camp - April 28-30, 2017

April 28-30, 2017 is our second annual Cub Scout Family Camp at Indian Mound Scout Reservation in Oconomowoc, WI.  Located just west of Milwaukee, this camp offers a dining hall, and modern heated cabins with toilets and showers .  This is a wonderful opportunity for Cub Scouts and their families to enjoy camping and other fun outdoor activities together, especially if it's their first time camping overnight.  Join us in this unforgettable experience!  Best of all, you will earn advancement on your elective Cub Scout Adventures.   Indian Mound VideoExternal Link.  THERE IS STILL ROOM FOR TENT CAMPING! 

Indian Mound is a celebrated “Cub World” camp, featuring:

  • A medieval castle with games of skill
  • gold mine where you can pan for gold and tunnel under the ground
  • sailing ship where you can raise the flag, shoot the cannon, and learn to tie sailor's knots

Includes Traditional Summer Camp Activities

  • Shooting Sports for archery, BB-guns and the “rock throw”
  • Waterfront for canoeing, boating, and fishing
  • Scale the climbing wall and rappel down to the ground
  • Build and launch your own rocket
  • Handi-craft
  • Nature trail to study plants and wildlife
  • Other popular Cub Scout outdoor activities
  • Campfire with skits, songs, and stories


  • $65 per person.  ($60 if registered online by April 5, 11:59PM)
  • Price includes a patch, meals, and program materials

Check-in Options

  • Friday Check-in after 6:00pm or full-weekend participants
  • Saturday Check-in until 1:00pm for late-comers (same fee)

    1:30-4:30pm Program Areas OPEN – Activity Rotation Continues
    4:30-5:45pm Free Time
    5:45pm Flag Ceremony
    6:00pm Dinner
    7:00-8:00pm Program Areas OPEN – Free Time
    8:30pm Campfire
    9:30pm Cracker Barrel
    10:30pm Lights Out
