Winter Powder Horn High-Adventure Resource Management Course

Saturday, February 18, 2017 to Monday, February 20, 2017
The Winter Powder Horn course is designed to help Venturing and Boy Scout leaders safely conduct fun and challenging high adventure outdoor activities. This course will introduce you to expert resources from NEIC that help you successfully lead Venturers and Boy Scouts through a program of outdoor winter adventure. Participants will get hands-en experience in a variety of outdoor program areas such as climbing, shooting sports, SCUBA, skiing, snowmobiling, caving and more.

Winter Powder Horn 2017

WINTER POWDER HORN 2017 – Winter Powder Horn is designed for Venturer’s and Older Boy Patrols in the BSA along with their Adult Leaders and Advisers. Powder Horn provides a High Adventure filled extended weekend course to sample High Adventure Activities and the Resources available to pull off High Adventures with your Crew or Unit.
